Fashion is getting more personal then ever before. Their are now a number of brands that will put your name on pieces so its as if it was made just for you. If your like me and have a name with unusual spelling and have never owned a keychain or mug with your name on it in your life, this is especially exciting. 

Watches

Eoniq Design - Eoniq Design allows you to create your own custom watches down to the smallest details. this includes everything from the watch hands, the watch face (both top and bottom), wind type (hand-wound or automatic), engaging and more. 

Jewellery

Sarah Chloe - Sarah Chloe does everything from bracelets, necklaces, rings, earrings, cufflinks and a number of finer jewellery option all which come in a range of colours and styles.

We have no doubt it will be incredible!

Bill Cunningham dies at 87

Legendary fashion photographer Bill Cunningham has died at age 87 after suffering a stroke early last week. Former photographer for the New York Times, Cunningham was renowned for his iconic photographs, capturing fashion on and off the streets in New York for nearly 50 years. Notorious for getting around on his bicycle, donning his blue worker’s jacket with a camera in hand, he devoted his attention to capturing the beauty of clothing around the city. Having achieved countless awards and releasing a self titled documentary in 2010, Bill Cunningham has certainly cemented himself in the history of fashion forever. 

10 THINGS TO DO ON YOUR RAINY WEEKEND

The rainy weather can scare off the happiest of moods. Here is some ideas on how to brighten your rainy weekend. 

1. Get your pamper on. I’m talking the full mani + pedi, hair mask, face mask and exfoliate. No pamper session is complete without a robe and some tea. 
2. Clean out your closet. Make some bags to donate all the clothes you don’t wear anymore and to make room for some new season pieces. 
3. Now you have all this spare room no better time to do a pinch of online shopping and fill that space with with new season pieces. 
4. Do a Lonely Planet stalk. Nothing better then day dreaming about all the amazing places you can go to. Paris, Morocco, LA, India, Bora Bora and more. Also a great time to plan your next holiday. 
5. Yoga. No better way to make yourself feel great then to do a little workout. Not only is Yoga super good for you but we all love that little nap at the end. I mean meditation. 
6. Get baking. Not only do you get to experiment with somethings you’ve never had the chance to make before but you have a delicious treat to reward yourself with at the end. Oh and you get to lick the bowl. don’t forget that part. 
7. It might be an obvious one but, the cinema. In addition to seeing Finding Dory (or whatever else) think of the popcorn, choc tops and frozen coke. mmmm. 
8. Check out GOMA and all the amazing exhibits on at any given time. It’s also nice and warm in there. 
9. Binge watch the new season of Orange is the new Black because watching a full season in one day is the only way to live. 
10. Practice making cocktail with your friends. They don’t have to taste good as long as they are insta worthy.

Our current trend love is something we have titled the ‘Barely-There’ wardrobe – think open spaces with clothes hung decoratively from rods of metal, branches or whatever else you can get your hands on. Good Mood Food

If your stress load is heavy, sleep is minimal, and pure happiness is starting to resemble something from your past, we have the solution. Forget coffee and cocktails, release your inner child and be once again bouncing out of bed with these natural mood boosters.

Greens

Leafy greens top the list for many reasons in health, but happiness adds another cause to go a little greener. Spinach is rich in magnesium, and iron, as well as being loaded with antioxidants to support brain health, and may reduce anxiety and depression. Work it into your diet by blending it into a smoothie, wrapped around some chicken with avo at lunch, or as a base for you salad come dinnertime.

Pharrell x Chanel

We have seen partnerships with fashion and music before none like Pharrell and the iconic fashion house Chanel

Chanel has released a video of Pharrell visiting the House and its Métiers d’art. The video shows Pharrell touring the house to watch the design process. 

This is not Pharrell’s first time on the fashion scene. Alongside his music career Pharrell has two labels Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream as well as previously teaming up wth Adidas and G-Star Raw. 

We don’t have a lot of information yet on exactly what to expect but its safe to say it will be something pretty spectacular. Check out the video for yourself below.

Binge Eating Can Be Your Friend

It’s getting to that time of the year, where the mornings are colder and we find our selves walking in the dark by 5pm. Our biggest enemy though is the constant need to splurge on food and impulsively snack (and not on the good kind). Whether it’s a comfort thing or just boredom and eating is the only way to cure it, we always find ourselves looking at the carrot sticks but reaching for the chocolate bar. If you find yourself feeling the need to fill the empty pit in your stomach of hear it working over time, here are few helpful hints.

Switch lollies for fruit for a natural burst of sugar

Logies Rundown

Forget the winner of the Gold Logie, fashion was the only thing on our minds... 

The Logies 2016 was a runway dominated by oversized embellishments, sheer selections, and trending Autumn hues of red, burgundy, and plum. While we like to assume that many of our home-grown talents were aiming for dreamy, elegantly seductive looks, they encompassed the theme ‘less is better’, a little too literally (here’s looking at your Jacinta). Others took some serious inspiration from last weeks MET Gala and graced us with colossal sized ball gowns, and trains to outdo Flinders Street Railway Station. On the opposite end of spectrum was Gold Logie nominee Lee Lin Chin, who gave us flashbacks to Primary School days looking like she just stepped off the set of Sesame Street, but hey, who didn't love Big Bird.
